In the third quarter of 2024, the tycoon games genre witnessed varying trends in Latin America on a unified platform. Data from Sensor Tower highlights the performance of the top five games, providing insights into their weekly downloads, revenue, and active user metrics.

Township from Playrix saw a consistent increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $225K at the end of September. The downloads reached their highest in late July at approximately 210K, while active users experienced a slight decline, starting at 1.5M in July and ending the quarter at 1.37M.

Family Island — Farming game by Melsoft had a notable increase in revenue at the end of the quarter, reaching nearly $107K.
